It is public knowledge that the XCD lenses are manufactured by Nittoh, see for instance this interview with Hasselblad product manager Ove Bengtson at the time of the X1D's announcement:

"The lenses are designed by us and manufactured by Nittoh who have made many great lenses in the past, including the lenses for the X-Pan."

Thanks to this patent request we discover that the detailed design also comes from Nittoh。
