This looks very much like the patent of the optical formula of Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 25mm f/1.2 Pro.
Example 1 in the patent application is very close to the optical formula of the Olympus lens. The only difference is that the single L1bp4 biconvex element of the example is replaced by two biconvex elements in the actual lens。

As Olympus did, Panasonic released 12mm F1.4 (may be made by SIGMA) as "LEICA DG SUMMILUX"。
